OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MINI GOLF HIRE PACKAGES

Terms & Conditions

1.1 The "Client" means the person/s, organisation or company booking the equipment or entertainment with the "Company".

1.2 The "Company" means “Putt Putt Golf”.

2.1 All equipment remains the property of the company at all times.

2.2 .By placing an order with us via email and paying the deposit, the customer is considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to our terms and conditions of hire, and is bound by them

2.3 If our ability to fulfil the contract is affected by uncontrollable circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, illness, traffic, or other unforeseen issues, our liability will be limited to refunding any payments made or reducing the hire fee proportionally in the case of a delayed start. No additional compensation will be provided, regardless of any potential loss of earnings

Deposit & Balance Payments

3.1 Deposit £130.00 (this is non refundable)

3.2 The balance must be paid in full at least 45 days (6 weeks) before the event start date for Bronze, Silver and Gold packages and 8 weeks for Platinum packages

Equipment
4.1 The company reserves the right to replace any hired equipment with similar equipment of equal type and value, without prior notice, if the originally booked equipment is damaged, stolen or lost.

4.2 All sizes quoted are approximate

4.3 All goods remain the property of the company at all times.

4.4 The company reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

4.5 All breakages will be chargeable to the hirer at the replacement costs (as attached).

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
5.1 Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded.

5.2 The company reserves the right to refuse delivery and setup, in the rare event that our setup team deems the venue or site unsuitable, or if the client has not informed us of any delivery issues, such as stairs or long loading distances from our vehicle to the setup area which our team deem excessive. In this case, no refund will be given.

Liability & Insurance
6.1 The company’s liability insurance covers use of the equipment only whilst booked on supervised hire (supervised by a representative of the company).

6.2 If booking unsupervised hire, it is understood that a responsible adult will supervise the use of the equipment.

6.3 The client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.

6.4 The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

6.4 Any equipment booked is not covered by the company’s insurance policy and the client is responsible for suitable insurance cover.

Replacement cost of equipment through loss or damage.
Putters........£25.00 each
Golf balls.....£1.00 each

Damage to the mini golf course or the artificial grass or obstacles with be charged when assessed.

Cancellation Period for mini golf hire

Once a booking has been taken and a deposit paid, you have the right to cancel the booking up until 45 days prior to the event date (8 weeks for Platinum packages). Cancellation must be in the form of email. If cancelled within the above time frame, no further payment will be payable and the contract cancelled but the non refundable deposit will not be refunded.

Once the balance has been paid, the booking is considered confirmed and final.

If you wish to cancel the hire after full payment has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply:

50% of the total if cancelled within 6 weeks of the event (8 weeks for Platinum packages)
75% of the total if cancelled within 4 weeks of the event
100% of the total if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event
